How to Add Additional Users to AD Assist

Type=One Line, Product=Manage, Style=Full Color

You can add additional users to AD Assist and assign them specific user rights so they can edit and/or view specific items.

Note: If you previously used a universal login for AD Assist, this login will no longer work. With single-sign on for Snap! each user will have their own login and access tied to a specific email.

Follow the steps below to log in, and access your AD Assist

  1. To get logged in to AD Assist, please use this link https://accounts.snap.app/login. You will be prompted to sign on using your school email as login credentials.
  2. After logging in, you can use the explore app switcher at the top left to select Manage and search for your school/AD assist, or you can directly visit https://manage.snap.app/ad-assist/school

Once you are in AD Assist, follow the below steps to add Additional Users

  1. Click Maintenance in the left-hand side navigation menu
  2. Select Manage Users in the top navigation menu
  3. Select the blue + Add User button
  4. Enter a User ID
  5. Select a User Level
    • View - The new user will be able to view specific areas in AD Assist
    • Edit - The new user will be able to edit specific areas in AD Assist
    • Admin - the new user will be able to edit and add new users to AD Assist
  6. Once you've finished entering information, click the blue arrow box under the save column to save the user. This will prompt the system to send them an invite to either log in or create their Single Sign-on account and log in.
