How to upload a physical

Follow the steps below to edit your child/participant's information.

Note: If you do not have the option to upload a physical (as shown below) then your school does not utilize this feature within Snap! Manage. You will need to reach out to them directly.

Note: You will need to have first uploaded/scanned your child's physical to your computer and saved it so you can upload it to Registration. Only PDF, JPG or PNG files are supported. Only one file is supported, you cannot upload multiple pages.

  1. Navigate to your schools' Registration site. Note: Your school will provide this to you.
  2. Enter your email address and password associated with your Registration account.
  3. Click the blue Sign In button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. On the right side of your dashboard you will see a section titled Participations & Registrations. Under this section is your child's name in blue.
  5. As in the picture above this parent has two children registered. If you see a blank space next to the child's name then you do NOT need to upload a physical.  If you see a No Physical Submitted box next to the child's name then you need to upload a physical. Move on to step 6 to upload a physical.
  6. Click your child's name.
  7. You will see your child's information that you have submitted in the past as well as any sports or activities they are registered for.
  8. Click the blue Edit Participant to upload a physical.
  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see Upload Physical Form.
  10. You have the option to either drag & drop your physical file or you can browse your computer files for your physical file.
  11.  Drag and drop your physical file into the file box or click the blue browse to upload into the upload box. Only PDF, JPG or PNG files are supported.
  12. Click the blue Upload button.
