Making Payments in Advance

Snap! Spend guardians now have the ability to make payments on their own schedule ahead of any upcoming due dates.

1. To choose payments to pay in advance, go to your Dashboard, and click the blue Make Payment button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. If you're on a mobile device, click the blue circle in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, and then tap Make Payment. 

2. Select your participant, click Next, then choose any payments you wish to make now.

3. Select your payment method, then click Pay.

If the payments are successful, the status will update to processing. Bank payments can take 2-3 business days to go through to your bank account and up to 5 business days to complete. Click here to read more about payment processing statuses. 


**Please note payments may take 1-2 business days to process from the scheduled due date due to varying factors, such as the customer's banking institution.
