There are multiple ways to print schedules. Depending on the format you would like to view or print your schedules in will determine how you will print the schedules.
Option 1: Print a schedule from your website
This option will print a listed view of a specific team and/or level just as you see the schedule on your website.
- Navigate to your Athletic/Activity website.
- Select the Sport or Activity you want to print a schedule for.
- Select Schedules & Results from the top navigation menu.
- Select the 🔹blue Print icon in the top right corner of the schedule and a PDF copy of the schedule will appear for you to save or print.
Note: Use the filter boxes in the top right corner (i.e. level) to select a specific team schedule to print.
Option 2: Print a calendar view of a team or event schedule
This option will populate a calendar view of the specific team(s) and/or level(s) you select.
- Navigate to AD Assist.
- Select Reports from the left side navigation menu.
- Select Event Calendar from the top navigation menu.
- Use the filter boxes to select specific teams.
- Click the 🔹blue Apply Filter button.
- Click the 🔹blue Download link to view and/or print a PDF copy.
Option 3: Print a list of team or event schedules
This option will populate a list of events based on the team(s), level(s), etc. you select. Athletic Directors use this feature to populate a list of games scheduled with a specific opponent for an entire season. They then send the list to the opponent.
- Navigate to AD Assist
- Select Reports from the left side navigation menu
- Select the Schedules tab from the top navigation menu
- Use the filter boxes to select specific event or schedule information you want to populate
- Click the 🔹blue Apply Filer button.
- Click the 🔹blue Download link and a PDF copy of your schedule will appear for you to print.
