We are thrilled that you have chosen Snap! Store. Our team has designed the onboarding process to be a straightforward and user-friendly experience, so you can get started quickly and easily. To begin your onboarding journey with us, please follow the simple steps below.
Step 1: Submit Your Store Preferences
Snap! Store solves the problem for customers looking for a team store with gear for players and fans, without purchasing anything in bulk. Our Snap! Store team handles everything from refining your logo, Store build, and Customer Support. With every Store build, you get access to a dashboard to view purchases, returns, uniforms, and other awesome features.
Please send an email to support@snap.store containing the following information so we can begin the process of creating your store:
- Team/Club Name:
- Sport/Activity:
- Brand Colors/ Team Colors:
- Primary Color:
- Secondary Color:
- Logo:(e.g., Photo or link to the existing logo- quality isn’t an issue). Want to know how your logo will be used? Click here!
- Any Additional Logo Requests:(e.g., Add/Remove Text, Color Change, etc.)
*Please note that Logo Changes outside of text or color may be denied due to complexity*
Here are some logo guidelines to keep in mind when sending in files:
- Be specific! If you would like to make minor modifications to preexisting elements in your logo, please provide specific instructions to avoid delays. The more detailed, the better. The following modifications are accepted:
- Text removal or addition
- Removing non-complex elements (ie. text, standalone elements)
- Color changes
- Resizing
- We cannot combine two logos/images together and cannot accept more than one logo per program.
- Depending on the color(s) of your logo, our design team may add a contrasting outline to ensure your artwork is clearly visible on all products for all print methods (vinyl printed, embroidery, etc.). Printed logos do not have color limitations. While we strive for color accuracy to the best of our ability, embroidered logos are limited to the thread options we have available.
- To ensure the best results, Snap! Store reserves the right to make minor modifications to your logo if it contains the following elements:
- Drop shadows, photographs, gradients, 3D, glitter, or metallic effects, drawings, transparent effects, textured effects, intricate details
- We recommend sending your logo as a PNG or Jpeg.
It takes approximately 10 business days from when a logo is requested to be edited, approved, and uploaded to your Snap! Store. Rest assured, we are hard at work and will follow up with you if we need any additional information.

Step 2: Wait For a Team Member to Reach Out
Once we receive your request, with the above information it will be sent to the design team to start on your customized build. Should there be any questions regarding logos or colors, they will reach out to you for clarification. Once your Snap! Store is completed, you will receive the Store URL, and your store will be “live.” Please keep in mind that it takes 10-15 business days for the requested store to be built, pending any issues regarding logo design or specific requests.
💡 Adding Store to your fundraiser? All upcoming Snap! Raise fundraisers will have a Snap! Store available once the fundraiser has launched. If you would like your Snap! Store live before your fundraiser launches, please reach out to support@snap.store, and we will be happy to help!
