Store Points - Expiration Rules
Points are segmented into transaction types so that points can be identified and used from oldest to newest.
Points Expiration Rules
Earned Points
- Each Point, when accumulated from a sale within a Store, is considered ‘earned.’
- These points have a 24-month expiration date from when the sale was made.
- These points are used first if a customer is spending them.
Bought Points
- These are points that are purchased in Store Dashboard.
- They do not have any expiration on them.
