If you'd like your organization to receive funds through direct deposit, you will have the option to select from daily or weekly deposits when submitting the organization's bank details. If you prefer to receive one lump-sum deposit at the end of your campaign, please contact your assigned Snap! Raise representative directly.
Our Payment Processor, Stripe, holds roughly 50% of your funds until your campaign ends and all transactions have been processed. During an active campaign, about 50% of the available funds are deposited at the frequency selected (daily or weekly). Once all donations have been processed on your closed campaign, the remaining 50% is deposited. Lump-sum deposits are received after your campaign is closed.
