When will I receive my rewards?

Rewards and gift items (OTK) are shipped directly to the fundraiser’s Group Leader 3-6 weeks after the close of the campaign. Once the package has left our warehouse, the Group Leader will receive an email with tracking information to provide insight into delivery. After delivery, the group leader is responsible for the distribution of the team’s items.

 

  • If you are a campaign Group Leader with any questions about your team's gear, please contact your assigned rep, or Snap! Raise Support at support@snapraise.com or call us at 206-312-5840 with any questions. Missing items and defects need to be reported within 60 days of delivery. 

 

  • If you are a participant or donor inquiring about the gear from the fundraiser, we recommend reaching out to the campaign’s Group Leader, as they are provided insight into delivery expectations.
