Understanding Pre-Approvals

What are Fundraiser Approvals?

Fundraiser Approvals allow you to review and ensure fundraisers meet your standards before they go live. This helps you maintain oversight and quality control across all fundraising efforts.

How does the approval process work?

Group leaders submit fundraiser details through Snap! Mobile by sending an approval request. This applies to all fundraisers—even those outside of Snap! Raise.

Where do I review approval requests?

You’ll receive a notification when a request is submitted. From the approvals section in Snap! Insights, you can review the fundraiser details and track progress from start to finish.

What happens after I review a fundraiser?

You have two options:

  • Approve it: The fundraiser will launch.
  • Request revisions: The group leader will be notified to make updates before it can go live.

All communication with the group leader is handled for you.

Can I track fundraisers after approval?

Yes. Once submitted, you can monitor the fundraiser throughout its entire lifecycle—from request to launch.

Will fundraisers launch automatically?

No. Any fundraiser that requires approval will not launch until you take action.

Do I need to take action on every request?

Yes. Fundraisers that require approval depend on your review. Without your approval or requested revisions, they will not move forward.
