Add Preparations to Events

Type=One Line, Product=Manage, Style=Full Color

 

You can easily add preparations (i.e. microphone set up and checked, concession tables) to all your events. 

First, add all your preparations to the maintenance section of AD Assist. 

  1. Log in to AD Assist.
  2. Select the Maintenance tab on the left side navigation menu.
  3. Select the Preparation Duties tab from the top navigation menu.
  4. Click the 🔹blue + Add Preparation Duty.
  5. Enter the name of the duty in the blank box under the Duty column (i.e. hang flag, garbage cans positioned, etc.).
  6. Optional: Enter a quantity if needed.
  7. Click the 🔹blue Save button to the right .

Next, add your preparations to your events.

  1. Select the Events tab on the left side navigation menu.
  2. Select the event you would like to add preparations to from your calendar.
  3. From the events details screen scroll down until you see the Preparations tab.
  4. Select the Preparations tab.
  5. Click the🔹 blue + Add Preparation button.
  6. Use the drop-down box to select the preparations you want to add.
  7. Optional: Click the 🔹blue + Bulk Add to select multiple preparations at one time.
    1. Use the checkboxes to select multiple preparations.
    2. Click the blue Add button to add all the preparations you selected.
  8. Click the 🔹blue Save button on the right.
