Booster membership online

For the Booster organization, you can take your membership online and have Boosters register via the online dashboard. This is the same tool the parents use for seasonal sports and they can use the same login. Members can pay online via electronic check or credit card.

You can have boosters sign up to be a volunteer for specific opportunities they would like to volunteer for, such as volunteering for Spirit Wear or the Membership Committee.

Boosters can then run any events or fundraisers via Registration. We have run golf outings, 5k runs, parking passes, yard signs, etc.

Setting up the memberships and description is easy, it takes just a few minutes. The key is to communicate that registration will be done online. Encourage this and try not to take paper forms. In the event that you do receive paper forms, you can manually enter them.

Costs

Collection of Membership dues, if any, we can collect the payments for you online. Our fee is .75 cents for each registration and 1% of total invoice, so if membership was $25.00, we would take $1.00 for each membership and return to your organization $24.00.

Payments to the boosters

Money is collected and settled monthly with checks cut around the 15th of each month. So for instance, money collected for memberships in Sept are paid out in October.
