How to use reports

This tutorial is setup with the title of the report as you see it in AD Assist, how to navigate to the report and a brief description of the report. Each report contains filter boxes so you can select specific data to view.

 

Event Calendar (reports > event calendar)

Event calendar lists all events in the form of a calendar. Filter boxes are provided so you can filter specific event/game details on the calendar.

Event Facilities (reports > event facilities)

Event facilities lists all the events within a specified date range for a specific facility. This is a great way to see which facilities are being used for specific dates. 

Event Levels (reports > event levels)

Event levels lists all levels playing within a specified date range.

Facility Calendar (reports > facilities calendar)

Facility calendar lists all the events takin place at a specific facility in a calendar view.

Fee Report (reports > fee report)

Fee report will show you all fee's associated with your events after you have specified a date range. 

Info Sheet (reports > info sheet)

After selecting criteria from the filter boxes you can view event details (team, opponent, facility, comments) at a glance. This is a great way to view or print a week or months worth of events. 

Preparation Report (reports > preparation report)

Preparation report provides daily report of events with the listed required preparations. This is great for you to print and give to your custodians or workers who may need to help set up.

Schedules by Day (reports > schedules > day)

After selecting a date range you can view a report of events that are grouped by date(s).

Schedules by Facility (reports > schedules > facility)

After selecting a date range you can view a report of facilities that are grouped by date(s).

Schedules by Official (reports > schedules > official)

After selecting a date range you can view a report of officials that are grouped by date(s). The report includes the officials duty, salary, phone number and you can select if they have been paid.

Schedules by Team/Organization (reports > schedules > team/organization)

You can easily view and entire seasons worth of events for a specific team. This is a great way to make sure you have entered all the events for a specific team.

Bus Schedule (reports  > schedules > bus)

View transportation details for specific dates or groups. This is a great way to view your bus schedule for the day and print a copy for your front office or teachers.
