      I accidentally purchased a gift for a participant – can I get a refund?

      As long as the fundraiser is still active and accepting donations, we can issue a refund for an accidental gift purchase!

       

      Please contact support@snapraise.com and provide your name, email address, and the name of the campaign you donated to. We'll be happy to assist you!
