Step 4: Customer Success Manager Handoff
During your final training, you will be introduced to a designated Customer Success Manager. This person will become your go-to contact throughout the life of your contract with Snap! Mobile! Your Customer Success Manager will cover the following topics with you:
- Continued education support
- Twice a Year Customer Business Reviews
- Contract Renewals & Product Add-Ons
If continuing onto FanX Onboarding you will be sent an introduction email to your FanX Onboarding Manager which will include a link to schedule your FanX Kick-Off Call.
- Your Customer Success Manager will be present at the FanX kick-off call and will be your main point of contact for all things Manage moving forward.
NOTE: Your Customer Success Manager will remain your CSM through all products.
