Please see a few key notes below:
- A store must have at least 100 points ($100) to withdraw their points as a check.
- Checks are delivered within 2-3 weeks.
- If the campaign is tied to a fundraiser- checks will be sent to the address that is listed on your campaign page. This can be changed if needed.
- If the Store is not tied to a fundraiser- you can type the desired address in the request. Additionally, Organization Payable details will need to be entered when requesting the check.
Steps to redeeming points:
1. Locate to your Store dashboard
- From the Explore tab at the top of your profile, click Snap! Store
2. Click on the desired Store that you would like to transfer points to a check from
3. Click on the Points tab
4. Locate "Cash in your points" and click Withdraw
5. Enter the number of points you would like to withdraw
6. Review the address that the check is being sent to
- If the address is correct- click Continue
- If the address is not correct- click Request a Change
7. Click Submit
8. You will receive confirmation from our Support team within 24-48 hours that we have received your request.
